To be added to the pre-order list and receive your bonus bundle, please email a copy of your pre-order book purchase HERE - Anyone who has already pre-ordered at any time qualifies. Starting JUNE 1ST, we’ll follow up with you directly with your Zoom Q&A registration link and PDF download. One bundle per pre-ordered copy.

If you pre-order more than one copy, say as gifts, and you want the gift recipient to get their bonus bundle, send me your pre-order receipt showing how many copies you ordered, and the names and email addresses of the recipients, and I'll send them their bonus starting June 1st.
