Are you a budding plantrepreneur? Longing to start or grow your own botanical business? Maybe you already work in the horticulture industry, say at a garden center, landscaping, or plantscaping company, but are looking for strategic ways to grow. Perhaps you're "hort curious" and yearn to transition or transform your career from plant passion to plant profession.
“UCLAx Students: YES, if you are taking one of my concurrent Horticulture Business courses, you can also register for group coaching at the same time to fast-track and supplement your course learning and goals.”
This is a safe group space to openly share your questions, overcome fears, workshop challenges, and get expert professional guidance for navigating the horticulture industry, running a profitable business, or growing your career. You'll benefit by more focused individualized consulting as well as learn form your fellow cohort members and make valuable connections. I won't be lecturing or giving programs - all the time belongs to you as the group. Come to the sessions with your ideas, questions and challenges and we'll strategize solutions together.
How group cohort coaching differs from one-on-one consulting: Group coaching is an affordable and accessible peer learning process where the group learns from one another through my guided discussions. In our group dynamic, our conversations are organically driven. When I'm coaching one of you in the group on any given topic, I'm coaching all of you! If you feel you need more time with me to focus only on your individual projects or business challenges, or would like to keep our conversations private, you may benefit from one-on-one consulting.
If you've never been able to attend green industry conferences or conventions, or your access is limited, think of group coaching as your own mini networking conference! The supportive connections you make in the group will be valuable to your business.
GROUP: Cohort coaching groups are limited a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 members. Once registration limit has been met registration will close. There are currently two Fall '24 groups available. I will open new groups based on demand.
Online Meetings are 90-minutes and held over Zoom to keep this simple and affordable for you! You'll need to register for a free Zoom account, and you'll receive a PDF download prompt with your order confirmation that includes Botanical Bootcamp Group Coaching questionnaire (which you'll email back to me once completed), group instructions and schedule, AND your link to register for the meetings, after you have a Zoom account. You must register before the fall session starts to access the meetings.
Can't make a meeting? No problem! Group Meetings will be recorded for access by members-only and available for viewing for 90-days after each meeting's publication date. Please note: Recordings or links may not be downloaded, saved, reproduced, or distributed in any way, as doing so constitutes a copyright infringement and a violation of participants privacy.
AT CHECKOUT, after your order processes, you'll get a DOWNLOAD prompt to download your registration instructions and your coaching readiness form. The PDF download link will also be emailed to you if you provide an email address at checkout, OR texted to you if you provide a cell number. You must provide one of these options - otherwise be sure to click the DOWNLOAD button before you leave the checkout window.
REFUND POLICY: Your coaching package is fully refundable prior to the start date of the first session. Once our session has started, you have 10-days to cancel if you don't register for the Zoom access, and do not attend any sessions, for a full refund (OR a credit for two 1-on-1 Botanical Business Consultations). If you register for Zoom access, which grants you access to recordings, or attend one session, you may cancel for a partial refund within 10 days of the start date. After 10 days from the start date, the package is non-refundable and you'll still be provided access to all remaining sessions and all 6 recordings. Please contact me via email/contact form and let's discuss! Consultant is not responsible for client decisions, actions, or business outcomes.
