This is a safe group space to openly share your questions, overcome fears, workshop challenges, and get expert professional guidance for navigating the horticulture industry. You'll benefit by learning from everyone in the group community and make valuable connections. I won't be lecturing or giving programs - all the time belongs to you as the group. I will provide optional guidance topics each week based on your onboarding questionnaire to provide focus, and each of you will post one question to the meeting chat when we start. This is YOUR time! Come to the sessions with your questions and challenges and we'll strategize on them together.
If you've never been able to attend green industry conferences or conventions, or your access is limited, think of group coaching as your own mini networking conference!
GROUP: Coaching groups are limited a maximum 20 members. Once registration limit has been met registration will close. There are currently two Fall '24 groups available. I will open new groups based on demand.
Online Meetings are 90-minutes and held over Zoom to keep this simple and affordable for you! You'll need to register for a free Zoom account, and you'll receive a PDF download prompt with your order confirmation that includes Botanical Bootcamp Group Coaching questionnaire (which you'll email back to me once completed), group instructions and schedule, AND your link to register for the meetings, after you have a Zoom account. You must register before the fall session starts to access the meetings.
Can't make a meeting? No problem! Group Meetings will be recorded for access by members-only and available for viewing for 90-days after each meeting's publication date. Please note: Recordings or links may not be downloaded, saved, reproduced, or distributed in any way, as doing so constitutes a copyright infringement and a violation of participants privacy.

REFUND POLICY: Your coaching package is fully refundable prior to the start date of the fall session. Once our fall session has started, you have 10-days to cancel if you don't register and do not attend any sessions for a full refund (OR a credit for a 1:1 Botanical Business Consultation.) If you register and attend one session, you may cancel for a partial refund within 10 days of the start date, after which the package is non-refundable and you'll still have access to all 6 sessions and recordings.
