In our monthly check-in, we'll systematically work through goal setting and obstacles, mindset adjustments, step-by-step learning or training on your specific needs, evaluation, and your next steps.
Who is this coaching suited for? Owners of garden centers, plant shops, greenhouse growing operations, nurseries, garden designers, landscape architects, interior plantscapers, plant stylists, landscape design build, or allied trade and horticultural products. AND anyone dreaming of starting such a business in the horticulture industry, or transitioning their career.
START WITH A COMPLEMENTARY 20-Minute MEET & GREET ASSESSMENT We’ll get to know a little about one another- or catch up if we've worked together already - and paint a picture of where you are now, personally and professionally, as it relates to your current business goals and specific pain-points. I'll outline the coaching process for you.
If you have not already through another coaching session, you’ll receive my business profile & goals exercise for you to complete before our first coaching session. Our meet-and-greet assessment combined with your intake exercise will help us define your goals and focus our time in the monthly consulting sessions.
Sessions will be recorded, with 90-day private access viewing from session recording date (unless you do not want them recorded).
You'll receive a scheduling link in your PDF download which you can use to schedule your monthly 1-hour sessions at your convenience within my available weekly schedule. You can pre-book as far as 30-days in advance.
During checkout when purchasing the coaching program your screen will show an order summary - don't close it right away, give it a second and it will populate your instant DOWNLOAD link with your instructions & goal exercise PDF you can click to download immediately and save (you'll also receive follow up email link in your confirmation email - you must provide an email address at check out to receive the email link)
When you follow the scheduling link to book your time you'll then automatically receive a meeting confirmation email with our Zoom meeting link. If I don't already have a goal exercise for you, please send your goal exercise - and submit your digital agreement* -to me least 24-hours before our first Meet & Greet Session.
* Due to the ongoing nature of an annual consulting program, and recorded sessions, after your purchase I will email you a short digital Adobe PDF agreement with a digital signature request for you to sign and submit before you schedule your first meet & greet. It covers the nature of our work together and your privacy assurances.

We can book your meet and greet assessment anytime, then decide when you want to start your 12-months of monthly coaching. You'll be responsible for booking your monthly sessions. If you don't book a session during a given month I can either (at your direction) use that month's hour to work on materials for you, such as reviewing financials, marketing materials, recruiting etc, or you could book a 2-hour session the following month if you need to skip a month. No make up sessions may be booked after the end of the 12-months, unless I am unavailable to meet during a given month, in which case we'll reschedule make-up time as needed.
REFUND POLICY
Your consulting package is fully refundable prior to the start of our first scheduled meeting. You can also cancel any time after we’ve had our first meeting, and I'll refund the unused portion of time left in your program. If you need to reschedule a session please provide a minimum of 12-hours’ notice. You can cancel or reschedule meetings directly in your scheduling link and meeting confirmation emails. No-shows are non-refundable. However, I know life can get in the way or emergencies happen, so I do evaluate each cancellation on a case-by-case basis; we'll get it worked out!
Why do I charge upfront for all 12 sessions? Because I don't want to waste any of our time chasing down unpaid monthly invoices (and you don't want that either), and paying upfront also creates a culture of commitment and accountability on your end to stick with your meetings. Plus, once it's paid, you don't have to think about it anymore and we can focus on your goals!
Consultant is not responsible for client decisions, actions, or business outcomes. All information provided by Consultant and Client will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party, unless client would like a partner to sit in on a session.
