You Horticultural Consulting Session includes 90-minute consultation + a 30-minute follow up call with Leslie to assess your current horticultural challenges and opportunities, provide guidance and direction on improvements, and create action items to help you make decisions and more forward. (If you’d prefer to have one 2-hour session without a follow up call that works too) Sessions are held over Zoom, but can also be on a regular phone call or Facetime by request.
For your 30-minute Follow-up Call, we'll review any follow up questions on recommendations and action items for you to move forward. Use the scheduling link in your PDF download. Must be scheduled within 90-days of your original Consulting Session.
RETURNING CLIENTS: You are welcome to re-book these 2-hour consultations as needed. You can also choose to set up a monthly billing account with me and book retainer consulting or project work.
REFUND POLICY: Your consulting session is fully refundable with a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice. With less than 24-hours notice for cancellation, and I've already reviewed any provided intake project materials you sent, I'll provide a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session please provide a minimum of 12-hours’ notice. However, I know life can get in the way or emergencies happy so I do evaluate each cancellation on a case-by-case basis; we'll get it worked out! Consultant is not responsible for client decisions, actions, or business outcomes.
