I start new clients with an initial Botanical Business Consultation: Includes my review of your onboarding questionnaire that also acts as a valuable business/career exercise for you, and two hours of consultation time, split into an initial 90-minute consultation (+ 30-minute follow up call) with me to assess your current green industry career or business challenges and opportunities, clarify your goals, and create action items to help you make decisions and move forward. You can also choose a 2-hour session all at once without the follow up call. You'll receive scheduling links for either option. Sessions are usually held over Zoom, but can also be held over a regular phone call or Facetime by request.
AT CHECKOUT
FOLLOW-UP SESSION: Your initial 90-MIN session then comes with a 30-minute Follow-up Call, to review progress on your action items and review any follow up questions. Use the scheduling link in your pdf download. Consulting Follow-up must be scheduled within 90-days of your original Consulting Session.
RETURNING CLIENTS: You can purchase these 2-hour sessions anytime you'd like as needed, buy as you go. As a returning client, you also have the option of booking a bundle of six (6) 1-hr sessions with savings HERE or a bundle of three (3) 1-hr sessions with savings HERE. Also buy-as-you go as needed.
* My buy-as-you-go individual consultations, such as this initial consult, or the bundles of 3- or 6-sessions, do not include consulting correspondence with me or document review between sessions. We'll review your documents and discuss your needs during the meeting session. If you'd like a more immersive one-on-one consulting experience with support between sessions consider my 6-WEEK BUSINESS COACHING program or a monthly retainer.

REFUND POLICY: Your consulting session is fully refundable with a minimum of
24-hour cancellation notice. With less than 24-hours notice for
cancellation, if I've already reviewed your intake materials, I'll
provide a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session please provide a minimum of 12-hours’ notice. You can cancel or reschedule directly through your meeting scheduling link. However, I
know life can get in the way or emergencies happy so I do evaluate each
cancellation on a case-by-case basis; we'll get it worked out!
Consultant is not responsible for client decisions, actions, or business outcomes. All information provided by both Consultant and Client will be kept private and not shared with any third party, unless client would like a partner to sit in on a session.
